hi
Is there anybody has a successfull installation with Opnet v.14.0.A

I installed Visual studio 2005 and set environment variables for it. I do all thing that have been explained in this site :
http://www.alivenotdead.com/wychina_007/Installing-OPNET-14-0-profi...

and changes in Edit=>Preference for repositories that explained in this site :
http://groups.google.com/group/OPNET/browse_thread/thread/d62892258...

but I have this error in running DES analysis :

<<< Recoverable Error >>>
Object repository construction failed
due to errors encountered by the binder program (bind_so_msvc)
T (0), EV (-), MOD (NONE), PROC (sim_load_repos_rebuild)
----
Errors reported by the binder program follow
(these messages have been saved in (C:\Users\Reza\op_admin\tmp\bind_err_5920):
LINK : fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file 'C:\Program.obj'
----
<<< Program Abort >>>
Error encountered rebuilding repository -- unable to proceed
T (0), EV (-), MOD (NONE), PROC (sim_load_repos_load)

problem related to linker but I don't really how to solve it ???
I also changed Processor statues to optimized and ... in DES set enviroment.

I test it in XP-SP3 and vista-SP1
I used Licenece modeler 14.5 for license.

u can find RS link for download from here for version 14.0A_PL3:

http://rapidshare.com/files/195294018/dlmr.zip
http://rapidshare.com/files/195479949/dlmr.z01
http://rapidshare.com/files/195515288/dlmr.z02
http://rapidshare.com/files/195619398/dlmr.z03
and
OPNET.Modeler.14.5.License.Maker-FFS.exe :

http://rapidshare.com/files/153189284/ffskgopnet145.rar

I know I can use IT GURU for free from site but i need modeler and this version not v11.5 beacause mobile WiMAX module and extention capabilities.

thanx Idea

I set up opnet and VS 2005 as in the previous manual.
Then I ran cl and link, they work appropriate
Then I found network simulation repositories and got value()
I have this error: What can I do?

There should not be any problems if you are using VS2008 Professional editions as the environment variables are configured automatically. If it is a VS2008 express or other editions then you might need to configure the environment variables manually.
